As a speaker for OFFF.ws 2013, a design festival held in the amazing bright city of Barcelona, Spain, I participated in The Poool magazine.
This first issue will be a single run of 3,000 units. It will be distributed exclusively for free among festival goers. Pretend to be a free reference directory anyone who needs to seek inspiration in any field that requires it, could use it and find it. The Poool addresses issues that maybe taboo, and serves as a refuge to help push us beyond our contemporary limits and boundaries.
For this project I've made a 3D calligraphy artwork, inspired by the summer colours of Barcelona.
Vecora contacted me to work with them on a new logo design. The logo is inspired by origami and is half of the shape of the 'V'.
I was responsible for the 3D header illustration and helped them with art direction of their site as well.
A personal project I've made for my friend Marius Bauer.
I was so inspired by his logo and his minimalistic work that I've created a minimal web design for him.
The logo and his artwork is made by Marius.
Be Where You Are
This is a typographic piece I made in collaboration with my friend Jonathan Wong.
Starting as an initial sketch, we brought it to life using Illustrator and Photoshop.
Below you will find a case study documenting the steps from start to finish.
I was invited to participate in a group exhibition entitled 'Ten/Ten' from Raw Diamonds
in collaboration with Falk & Sun's and Golden at The Bacardi House in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
The exhibition would sell 5 times a 23 x 33 inch (A1) Screen Print together with a T-Shirt.
For this exhibition I went for a Typographic approach with a quote that fits the theme 'Garage Sale'.
The work took an entire evening and morning. Every shape/letter is unique.
The print is sold out.
Advanced Photoshop magazine contacted me to make an illustration and tutorial for them inspired by the Avatar landscape.
